I'm Robert, and I run Forte Web Solutions, the team behind this site.
I spent four years pulling pints before university, which taught me how to listen and deal with pretty much anyone. After a geography degree at Bournemouth, I landed in web work by accident, building sites for Welsh Water, Cardiff Council, and the University of South Wales.
I co-founded Forte Web Solutions in 2012, working both jobs until it was busy enough to go full-time in 2016. I've watched more marketing campaigns fail from leads never being followed up than from bad design, which is why the CRM comes built in rather than bolted on.
These days the team works with small businesses right across the UK. I'd rather build ten honest websites for owners who answer their own phone than one flashy one for someone who could have gone anywhere.
